Product Manager, Trading Product

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support the scoping and delivery of new trading product features and enhancements, helping manage a multi-team roadmap
• Write clear product requirements and partner with engineering to deliver high-quality features efficiently
• Collaborate with traders, risk teams, and operations to understand workflows and identify pain points
• Monitor product and market performance to identify trends, flag issues, and recommend improvements
• Use data and customer insights to support prioritization and validate feature impact post-launch
• Conduct research on competitor offerings and industry trends to ensure strong market positioning
• Communicate updates, decisions, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders across the business

Requirements

• 2-4 years of product management or sports trading experience
• Solid understanding of sports - particularly how fans engage with live events and betting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly convey product ideas, specs, and decisions to a wide range of stakeholders
• Experience working with engineers, analysts, and operational users to deliver cross-functional solutions
• Analytical mindset and comfort using data to guide product decisions
• A proactive, team-first mindset and strong attention to detail
