Key Responsibilities

  • Own the vision, strategy, and execution of Circle K's customer-facing digital platforms globally, including websites and mobile applications.
  • Deliver a seamless, intuitive, and engaging digital journey that makes customers' lives easier and enhances their interaction with the brand.
  • Lead a team to define and deliver a world-class user experience.
  • Drive innovation in digital offerings and ensure platforms meet evolving customer and business needs.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
  • Champion user-centric design and leverage data and customer insights to inform decisions.
  • Work closely with UX/UI, engineering, marketing, and regional teams to deliver cohesive and impactful digital solutions.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and business growth through digital initiatives.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience (7+ years) in product management, focusing on consumer-facing digital products in a large-scale environment.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, UX/UI best practices, and customer experience creation.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, user research, and data-driven product decisions.
  • Solid technical understanding of web and mobile technologies, development processes, and platform capabilities.
  • Experience defining and executing product strategies that improve customer engagement, conversion, and satisfaction.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for collaboration across technical and non-technical teams globally.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • A customer-first mindset focused on understanding and addressing user needs and pain points.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a relevant field.
  • Experience in retail or related industry is highly advantageous.
