Key Responsibilities

Own the vision, strategy, and execution of Circle K's customer-facing digital platforms globally, including websites and mobile applications.
Deliver a seamless, intuitive, and engaging digital journey that makes customers' lives easier and enhances their interaction with the brand.
Lead a team to define and deliver a world-class user experience.
Drive innovation in digital offerings and ensure platforms meet evolving customer and business needs.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
Champion user-centric design and leverage data and customer insights to inform decisions.
Work closely with UX/UI, engineering, marketing, and regional teams to deliver cohesive and impactful digital solutions.
Drive customer satisfaction and business growth through digital initiatives.

Requirements

Extensive experience (7+ years) in product management, focusing on consumer-facing digital products in a large-scale environment.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers.
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, UX/UI best practices, and customer experience creation.
Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, user research, and data-driven product decisions.
Solid technical understanding of web and mobile technologies, development processes, and platform capabilities.
Experience defining and executing product strategies that improve customer engagement, conversion, and satisfaction.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for collaboration across technical and non-technical teams globally.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
A customer-first mindset focused on understanding and addressing user needs and pain points.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a relevant field.
Experience in retail or related industry is highly advantageous.
