Key Responsibilities

Define and evolve a unified product vision and roadmap for NRC's research platform
Conduct deep discovery with customers, prospects, researchers, and internal stakeholders to prioritize platform capabilities
Partner with UX and engineering to design scalable workflows, sampling methods, survey engines, data pipelines, and reporting tools
Lead go-to-market planning and positioning in collaboration with marketing and sales enablement teams
Maintain a pulse on competitive platforms, regulatory shifts, and research innovation trends
Establish success metrics and feedback loops for continuous platform improvement

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
7+ years of experience in product management, ideally in healthcare, B2B SaaS, or research technology domains
Proven ability to lead platform strategy and execution from vision to launch
Expertise in survey technologies, research workflows, or insight delivery solutions
Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Self-starter with experience working in agile and cross-functional environments
Flexibility to fulfill minimal travel expectations

Nice to Have

Experience launching and evolving complex, enterprise-grade research or feedback platforms
Passion for enabling research agility, data quality, and human-centered insights in healthcare
