About the Role

Wheels Powersports is looking for an enthusiastic Apparel Sales & Social Media Specialist who lives and breathes the powersports lifestyle. The role involves helping riders gear up for epic experiences by providing excellent customer service, managing social media content, and supporting marketing efforts. The company is based in Fargo and specializes in Polaris, Indian Motorcycle, and Kawasaki gear and machines. They value great service, passion for rides, and a fun, energetic team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide top-tier customer service to riders, helping them find the perfect apparel and gear
Stay current on inventory and recommend gear that matches each customer's style and needs
Create and manage engaging, on-brand content for our social channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Support in-store displays and promotions to keep things fresh and exciting
Collaborate with sales and parts teams on events and marketing campaigns

Requirements

1+ years in retail, sales, or customer service
Proven ability to create or manage social media content
Knowledge of — or passion for — powersports gear and culture
A friendly, team-first attitude and great communication skills
