About the Role

Our well-known health tech client is seeking an Art Director to help their team for at least a 6-month contract. This position offers the opportunity to work on the in-house creative team at a global organization that creates a variety of reports, including Global Citizenship, DE&I, and Sustainability Reports. The role involves designing and art directing long-form reports and potentially working across all mediums if it transitions to full-time employment. The position is onsite in Lake Forrest, IL, four days a week, and involves collaboration within a team environment, handling confidential and proprietary information, including medical data.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the creative output of DE&I, Sustainability, and Global Citizenship reports for the enterprise brand.
Design and art direct long-form, multi-page reports using InDesign with a clean, modern aesthetic and good typography.
Oversee and art direct photo and video shoots on-set with a team.
Execute hands-on design and production work for reports.
Work closely with team members in a collaborative environment to deliver high-quality creative content.

Requirements

Experience with long-form, multi-page design, and expertise in InDesign.
Hands-on design and production experience, including executing design work.
Strong eye for photography and ability to oversee photo and video shoots.
Ability to work on, and art direct, photo and video shoots on-set.
A portfolio showcasing a clean, modern aesthetic with good typography.
Experience working on reports related to Global Citizenship, DE&I, or Sustainability is a plus.

Qualifications

Current authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
Ability to perform work onsite in the United States.
