About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy for AM's third-party wealth National Accounts/Home Office segment to fuel overall business growth objectives in the US.
• Ensure the Asset Management value proposition and third-party wealth home office value proposition are infused through all related marketing activities in the US.
• Partner with marketing team to track and analyze client research to determine how AM is perceived by third-party wealth home office clients, and execute plans to enhance perceptions.
• Develop and execute impactful, quantifiable lead generation and client retention campaigns leveraging digital, media, and in-person channels.
• Partner with content and product marketing teams to deliver a content calendar supporting the US third-party wealth marketing strategy, including content creation and continual improvement of marketing and sales collaterals, social media, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with third-party wealth National Accounts business leaders to develop tailored client-specific marketing programs to deepen relationships and build loyalty.
• Partner on sponsorship strategy and oversee seamless execution of events.
• Manage end-to-end reporting and measurement of marketing impact, delivering clear ROI and adjusting strategies as needed.
• Drive operational efficiency of the US third-party wealth marketing team, ensuring high motivation, engagement, and operational scale.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with other marketing leaders, corporate communications, sales, investment heads, and senior stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a similar role within a leading financial institution with a proven track record of measurable impacts and achievements.
• In-depth knowledge of the asset management industry, including clients, products, regulations, and competitors.
• Strong strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and business acumen.
• Experience working effectively across complex, matrixed organizations with excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to present investment views clearly, synthesize information, and develop compelling stories.
• Proven integrated marketing skills across strategy and execution, leveraging subject matter experts for effective outcomes.
• Solid experience in digital marketing, with knowledge of martech, lead generation, and analytics in B2B environments.
• Ability to work under pressure at varying speeds while maintaining high standards.
• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS); MBA and/or CFA preferred.
