Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of digital healthcare campaigns across social, web, influencer, and email platforms.
  • Support day-to-day content creation, including social media copywriting, visual asset coordination, and post scheduling.
  • Monitor client-owned digital channels and conduct social listening to track trends, engagement, and emerging issues.
  • Compile performance metrics and assist in drafting monthly and campaign-specific reports using tools like Sprout Social, Brandwatch, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Coordinate with creative and strategy teams to ensure timely delivery of digital assets.
  • Stay up to date on digital trends, platform algorithm changes, and FDA regulations related to healthcare marketing.
  • Support influencer identification and outreach efforts under supervision.
  • Attend internal and client meetings and prepare agendas, contact reports, and recap notes as needed.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience (including internships) in digital marketing, marketing communications, public relations, or a related field; experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare is a plus.
  • Undergraduate degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related experience is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong writing and research skills for a variety of digital platforms.
  • Basic understanding of digital and social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).
  • Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Meltwater, Google Analytics) a plus.
  • Enthusiasm for healthcare and pharmaceutical communications, with a willingness to learn and grow in the industry.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Meltwater, Google Analytics).

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related experience.

  • Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
  • The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range between $35,000-$75,000 USD.
