About the Role

Caesars Digital is seeking an Assistant Director of Affiliate Marketing to support growth through management of key affiliate marketing strategies and partnerships for our Sportsbook, Casino, and Racebook products. This role will sit within the Marketing organization. The role is centered on rapid growth, continual improvement, and the highest quality customer experience. It requires a versatile and well-rounded leader who is passionate about sports and iGaming, is someone who can execute strategy and roll up their sleeves and get things done. This role blends marketing, partnership management, business development, operations and analytics. It reports to the VP of Marketing Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the Caesars Digital sports betting and iGaming affiliate strategy, working closely with internal teams (marketing, creative, content, martech, operations, trading) and external partners (affiliate partners, 3rd party technology platforms).
Work effectively with key stakeholders to present reports, answer questions and present overall strategy for Affiliate Marketing.
Manage and mentor coordinators and other affiliate marketing team members.
Take ownership of all affiliate deals in portfolio taking responsibility on the deals done.
Build strong working relationships with key affiliate partners and oversee existing affiliate relationships.
Monitor affiliate performance, identify areas for improvement and consistently optimize partnerships towards a positive ROI.
Set targets including CPA and PV, and monitor these on an ongoing basis and intervene where ROI threshold is not met (e.g., blacklisting, revising contracts, updating CPAs, best practices).
Work with the regulations and operate according to the T&Cs.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree required.
5-7 years of professional experience in affiliate management, sports betting, or online casino space.
Experience in the editorial domains that cover sports and gaming, that will constitute a significant portion of affiliate traffic to Caesars properties.
Experience in managing complex affiliate relationships required.
Knowledge of the sports & gaming industry is essential.
Well organized, able to prioritize work for self and others.
An efficient and confident communicator, strong partnership, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Data-oriented and highly fluent with Microsoft Excel.
