About the Role

The Senior Associate - Affiliate, Growth Marketing, Consumer role involves leading performance marketing efforts, particularly in affiliate marketing and online paid social channels, supporting the growth of the consumer base across US and international markets, and working cross-functionally to test and implement new marketing technologies during a pivotal growth phase.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage million-dollar monthly budgets across affiliate campaigns in the US, Canada, and Australia.
  • Work closely with agencies and the in-house team to optimize affiliate marketing across different DoorDash lines of business.
  • Establish channel forecasts and budget recommendations, and adjust tactics quickly based on learnings and opportunities.
  • Direct and manage agencies to achieve goals and ROI targets.
  • Maintain and monitor key metrics such as budget pacing, LTV, and CAC.
  • Manage an experimentation roadmap including A/B creative tests, incrementality tests, and new channel expansion.
  • Test new channel/product features to identify incremental audiences and inventory for growth.
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure goals are met.

Requirements

  • Experience managing affiliate marketing channels.
  • A BA/BS degree and 4+ years of related performance marketing experience.
  • Deep familiarity with CPA, CPC, CVR, and LTV metrics.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and strong understanding of A/B testing and data-driven performance marketing.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to make decisions.
  • Highly results-oriented with demonstrated experience managing large budgets.
  • Creative, collaborative, and able to work well with teams to solve challenging problems.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Web & App Tracking/Attribution.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data processing scripts.
  • Experience working on multi-sided marketplace businesses.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of performance marketing experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS).

  • Base salary within a market-dependent range of $83,000-$122,000 USD.
