Senior Marketing Lead - Affiliate Programs

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the strategic vision for the affiliate channel and agency partners
• Recruit and activate new affiliate partners, manage and optimize existing affiliate relationships
• Manage day-to-day maintenance and reporting of affiliate programs
• Develop strategic partnerships with existing and new affiliates, publishers, and platforms
• Source paid placement opportunities and evaluate campaign potential to maximize conversion volume and ROI
• Serve as the primary point of contact for operational alignment, communication, and escalation
• Support strategic, operational, and financial planning aligned with company goals
• Create strategies and action plans to monetize all forms of traffic
• Lead efforts to grow site visits and performance KPIs through an omni-channel approach
• Manage external contractors and vendors where applicable

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business, digital marketing, advertising/digital advertising, or related fields
• 3 - 5 years of relevant professional experience in affiliate marketing
• Experience with market-leading affiliate tracking SaaS such as Impact, Partnerize, or Commission Junction
• Experience with marketing analytics tools; Tableau and Adobe Analytics preferred
• Knowledge of marketing metrics (e.g., CAC, CLV, PPC, CPA, CPM)
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including working with budgets and KPIs
• Proven track record of running and optimizing paid media campaigns
• Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
• Project management and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Experience building and scaling affiliate programs into new channels and platforms
• Experience with large agency affiliate networks and cost-per-sale networks
• Ability to work within cross-functional marketing teams and manage stakeholders
• Knowledge of platform pixels, UTM tags, tracking, and attribution
• Understanding of how affiliates collaborate with SEO, Paid, and other marketing channels
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop actionable insights
• Ability to manage projects and tests across teams to meet deadlines
• Willingness to participate in at least one in-person on-site interview

• Knowledge of advanced analytics and ability to derive insights from data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields
