We're energized by new challenges and new possibilities—and we're just getting started! We are seeking a strategic and revenue-focused Marketing Partner Leader to lead partner acquisition and co-marketing efforts with associations, affiliates, resellers, and industry organizations. This high-impact role will develop and scale joint marketing programs that drive new partnerships, lead generation, and long-term revenue.

  • Target: Create and refine a target list of potential Marketing partners
  • Acquire: Create demand for and actively drive acquisition of new Marketing partners
  • Grow: Jointly execute marketing programs with partners to accelerate new member trials, customers, and partner revenue share
  • Nurture: Grow and expand Marketing partnerships
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, and Partner Success to create tailored, measurable partner marketing programs—from campaign design and enablement to execution and performance tracking.
  • Design and launch integrated co-marketing programs (email, webinars, content, virtual events, digital advertising, newsletters) that generate qualified leads and conversions.
  • Create tailored campaigns that speak to each segment/vertical and partner's audience and align with Constant Contact's value proposition and brand.
  • Manage creative development, messaging, timelines, and campaign performance in collaboration with internal and partner marketing teams.
  • Develop toolkits, templates, and messaging frameworks to enable partners to market Constant Contact effectively.
  • Provide onboarding, training, and support to ensure consistent partner execution and alignment.
  • Lead ongoing communication and relationship management with top-tier partners and associations.
  • Create self-serve capabilities for smaller partners.
  • Plan and execute co-branded events, virtual workshops, podcasts, and content partnerships that engage joint audiences.
  • Build partner-branded assets and nurture programs for shared promotion across owned and paid channels.
  • Collaborate with Content and Brand teams to amplify partner stories and case studies.
  • Define KPIs and track performance across all partner marketing programs (leads, MQLs, CPL, revenue contribution, ROI).
  • Use marketing automation and CRM tools to track partner-attributed funnel activity and optimize programs.
  • Regularly report impact to senior leadership and adjust strategy based on insights and market feedback.
  • Hire, mentor, and coach a team of partner marketers.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B / SMB partnership development and marketing in partner, affiliate, channel, or ecosystem marketing roles—within SaaS or tech platforms.
  • Proven track record driving co-marketing and joint GTM programs that deliver revenue growth through indirect channels.
  • Strong experience working with industry associations, resellers, technology partners, or strategic alliances.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills—able to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of the SMB market and how to engage associations, local influencers, and niche vertical networks.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with competing priorities and a builder mindset.
