About the Role

The Digital Marketing Manager - Affiliates & Influencer role (Individual Contributor) leads the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of affiliate & influencer marketing campaigns, partnering with top-tier partners and overseeing high-impact program initiatives. This role owns key areas of the affiliate channel's strategy, driving growth through offer planning, partner development, testing roadmaps, and data-driven performance analysis. The Manager works cross-functionally to ensure affiliate & influencer campaigns align with brand priorities, merchandising strategy, and customer behavior. It serves as a key liaison with external vendors and agency partners to align on innovation opportunities, campaign execution, and ongoing program development. It is ideal for an experienced affiliate marketer ready to lead channel performance at a strategic level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the development and execution of key affiliate program strategy areas, ensuring alignment with marketing priorities and performance goals
  • Lead campaign planning, publisher & creator selection, and offer development to drive growth across top-performing partnerships
  • Design and implement test-and-learn agendas, measuring impact across partner types, placements, and promotional strategies
  • Conduct deep performance analysis to inform optimization decisions and future planning across the channel
  • Act as a primary point of contact for external affiliate vendors and agency partners, ensuring strategic collaboration, innovation, and accountability
  • Collaborate with internal partners across creative, merchandising, content, and analytics to ensure campaign consistency and performance
  • Drive operational excellence through documentation, internal training, and platform improvements

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing with full campaign ownership
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field
  • Advanced experience with affiliate platforms and networks (e.g., Rakuten, Impact, CJ, LTK) including tracking, commission structures, and partner development
  • Demonstrated ability to lead testing and measurement plans that inform strategic direction
  • Experience leading vendor and agency collaboration to deliver program innovation and growth
  • Ability to influence and negotiate priorities across various stakeholder groups
  • Prior experience managing an annual budget
  • Retail or fashion domain is a plus
