About the Role

Position: Product Line Manager located in Etters, PA. Amphenol High Speed Products Group is a market leader in high speed, high bandwidth electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom market, supporting major Tier 1 OEMs globally. The company has design, sales, and manufacturing locations worldwide and is seeking a Product Line Manager to join their team in Etters, PA, to drive product development and marketing efforts for their Mezzanine products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Product Line Manager and cross-functional teams to develop and market Amphenol's Mezzanine products.
  • Support the product marketing team in promoting products to the assigned market, winning new design opportunities, and executing product strategies to grow the business.
  • Manage NPI (New Product Introduction) to production activities.
  • Support RFQs, RFPs, and collaborate with internal cost/Process Engineering teams to develop pricing strategies that achieve target profit margins throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Manage product sampling for customers, including scheduling and communication.
  • Monitor and implement ongoing cost reduction initiatives.
  • Assist with customer product requests and support sales teams.
  • Develop marketing materials such as datasheets, press releases, and other collateral.
  • Ensure timely responses to customer quality concerns from quality and other functions.
  • Develop sales and marketing tools and provide technical assistance to customers and sales teams.
  • Analyze product sales data, including revenue and margin tracking by product, part number, region, and customer.
  • Travel as required for job-related activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with strong business acumen or equivalent technical experience.
  • 2+ years of related experience, ideally within the interconnect industry.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and navigate dynamic environments.
  • Technical aptitude, including the ability to read mechanical drawings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams globally and a willingness to 'roll up your sleeves'.
  • High level of accountability and ownership; self-starter mindset.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
  • 2+ years of relevant industry experience.
