Assistant Vice President & Marketing Analytics

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for business intelligence reporting and data analytics to provide actionable marketing and customer behavioral analyses.
• Advance the Bank's initiatives and improve the quality of the customer experience through insights derived from data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, business intelligence, data analytics, data science, information systems, quantitative analysis, or related concentration.
• SQL programming certification or equivalent.
• Tableau Certified Data Analyst or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience, including at least 4 years in business intelligence/data analytics roles with increasing responsibilities.
• 4+ years professional experience in data management in Snowflake, AWS, or related platforms.
• 3+ years business analyst or application support experience.
• Strong communication and management skills and ability to effect change.
• Knowledge of industry best practices.
• Experience with marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketing Cloud Intelligence, Financial Services Cloud, Customer Data Platforms, Amperity).
• Highly proficient in SQL programming, data management, data modeling, integration, quality assurance, and data warehousing solutions.
• Excellent working knowledge of database constructs, report writing/visualization, and spreadsheet applications.
• Experience with report writer and visualization tools such as Tableau and Marketing Cloud Intelligence.
• Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, proactive, highly organized, and able to work independently.
• Proven leadership in managing projects and teams.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to leverage critical thinking for complex challenges.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean.
• Basic knowledge of client server and SaaS applications.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Must be able to work within a fast-paced team environment.

Nice to Have

• Tableau Server Certified Associate or equivalent.
• SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence 4.2 or equivalent.
• Business Analyst certification from a reputable organization.
• Business Analyst experience supporting mainframe or client server applications.
