Protiviti Digital is seeking an Adobe Experience Senior Consultant and Strategist to work with clients on analytics and data collection initiatives as part of larger data and experience delivery engagements, playing a key role in strategic development and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor, train, and coach Interns and Consultants to facilitate successful project completion.
  • Identify areas of risk and opportunities to increase efficiency within projects.
  • Strengthen relationships and communicate effectively with client personnel and professional associates.
  • Accept responsibility for decision-making in establishing project scope, work plans, staffing, and deliverables under the direction of Managers.
  • Develop and manage end-to-end analytics and data collection initiatives for clients.
  • Evaluate, organize, and interpret data to find insights and opportunities for performance improvement.
  • Translate and communicate issues, risks, or challenges to client personnel, including executives.
  • Supervise teams, including mentoring, oversight, review of work, and motivating team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in analytics implementations and analysis, with agency experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Data Collection.
  • Enjoyment in using data & tag management tools such as Adobe Data Collection (formerly Adobe Launch) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Interest in digital analytics, including Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics 4, and awareness of latest trends.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and provide exceptional experiences.
  • Interest in project management and team leadership.
  • Understanding of web implementation architecture, including HTML, CSS, data layer development, and content management systems.
  • Strong documentation skills, including handling client solutions design references (SDR) and business requirement documents (BRD).
  • Ability to analyze data, find insights, and communicate results effectively.
  • Supervisory experience, including mentoring and motivating teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with or understanding of Adobe Target and Salesforce Einstein.
  • Experience with debugging and quality assurance practices focused on Analytics, Tag Implementation, and Experience Testing Tools.
  • Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDP) & Data Management Platforms (DMP).
  • Experience with web implementation strategies and content management systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in analytics implementations & analysis.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Data Collection.

Benefits & Perks

  • Salary range of $107,000.00 - $160,000.00 with a bonus target of 10%, estimated total cash range of $117,700.00 - $176,000.00.
  • Annual bonus plan with additional cash and/or discretionary stock opportunities.
