Associate Brand Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze data from various sources to generate insights
• Manage projects from planning to execution, including stakeholder presentation prep
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing for 360 campaigns (co-op marketing, seasonal tools, samples)
• Work with Sales to identify market gaps and provide growth tools
• Liaise with the Corporate License Team to ensure brand standards and growth plans
• Communicate business objectives and updates across departments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in brand management and commercial marketing (5+ years preferred)
• Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables), PowerPoint, MS Teams, and OneDrive
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Skilled at managing and prioritizing multiple projects under tight deadlines

Qualifications

• Educational background in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in brand management and commercial marketing
