About the Role

The Associate Data Analyst supports organization business and department objectives through collecting, evaluating, and reporting member and sales data. Under guidance from the AVP, Data Analytics and Program Support, the ADA helps maintain data systems such as Arkalytics (DataLake), DNA CRM/BI tool, and related systems to research trends, support opportunities, and measure program effectiveness. The role involves proactively supporting outreach programs through list generation and ad-hoc analysis, ensuring consistency in project and process standards, and serving as a resource on tools, methods, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Help maintain Arkalytics (DataLake), DNA CRM/BI tool, and all data-related systems to support research and analysis.
Proactively support outreach programs through list generation and providing ad-hoc analysis.
Ensure consistency within the organization in applying project and process improvement standards.
Share knowledge and serve as a resource to project teams and management on tools, methods, and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
A minimum of two years of administrative and/or project/program management experience.
Effective mathematical, language, problem solving, reasoning, writing, and basic to complex numeric skills.
Intermediate to advanced SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and Excel (pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas).
Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent typing, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
