About the Role

This role supports analytical aspects of the business products and services life cycle within a sub-product scope, focusing on data components. The position involves collaborating with customers to understand data, reporting, and analytical needs, creating data sets and reports, translating high-level business needs into detailed requirements, analyzing data for business insights, and ensuring quality delivery. The role requires a basic understanding of data stores and their impact across multiple data stores, with opportunities to build organizational and platform knowledge in data disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with senior team members, customers, Data Engineers, Data Architects, and Capability Managers to capture capability needs and drive quality data and reporting solutions.
  • Create and maintain deliverables such as data set creation, operational reports, and analytical dashboards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data-driven projects, contributing to various stages of the data delivery lifecycle.
  • Support data and report delivery requirements testing, including testing plans, scenarios, and defect management, to ensure minimal production defects.
  • Analyze test results and tie back to customer impacts, ensuring compliance with standards and obtaining necessary approvals throughout the data delivery lifecycle.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, customers, partners, and management, including requirement walkthroughs, sprint reviews, project status reporting, and documentation.
  • Assist with or conduct requirement walkthroughs and support vendor solutions.

Requirements

  • Basic analytical skills, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with report writing and SQL.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or related field, or relevant experience.
  • Understanding of data stores and impact of changes across multiple data stores.
  • Preferred skills include Kubernetes, Google Cloud, and BigQuery.
  • Preferred experience in Lean/Six Sigma and the Healthcare industry.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Kubernetes, Google Cloud, BigQuery.
  • Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Healthcare industry experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred Master's degree in related fields.
  • Certifications such as Six Sigma or PMP are preferred.

  • Pay range from $50,200 to $91,200, determined by qualifications and experience.
  • Work is office- or remote-based with travel up to 25%.
