About the Role

This role supports analytical aspects of the business products and services life cycle within a sub-product scope, focusing on data components. The position involves collaborating with customers to understand data, reporting, and analytical needs, creating data sets and reports, translating high-level business needs into detailed requirements, analyzing data for business insights, and ensuring quality delivery. The role requires a basic understanding of data stores and their impact across multiple data stores, with opportunities to build organizational and platform knowledge in data disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

Work with senior team members, customers, Data Engineers, Data Architects, and Capability Managers to capture capability needs and drive quality data and reporting solutions.
Create and maintain deliverables such as data set creation, operational reports, and analytical dashboards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data-driven projects, contributing to various stages of the data delivery lifecycle.
Support data and report delivery requirements testing, including testing plans, scenarios, and defect management, to ensure minimal production defects.
Analyze test results and tie back to customer impacts, ensuring compliance with standards and obtaining necessary approvals throughout the data delivery lifecycle.
Communicate effectively with team members, customers, partners, and management, including requirement walkthroughs, sprint reviews, project status reporting, and documentation.
Assist with or conduct requirement walkthroughs and support vendor solutions.

Requirements

Basic analytical skills, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with report writing and SQL.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or related field, or relevant experience.
Understanding of data stores and impact of changes across multiple data stores.
Preferred skills include Kubernetes, Google Cloud, and BigQuery.
Preferred experience in Lean/Six Sigma and the Healthcare industry.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of Kubernetes, Google Cloud, BigQuery.
Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
Healthcare industry experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
Preferred Master's degree in related fields.
Certifications such as Six Sigma or PMP are preferred.

Benefits & Perks

Pay range from $50,200 to $91,200, determined by qualifications and experience.
Work is office- or remote-based with travel up to 25%.
