The Senior Associate/Associate, Digital Analytics & CRO supports the Digital Marketing team by executing analyses, managing reporting, assisting with CRO and personalization initiatives, and collaborating across teams to enhance data-driven decision-making and digital performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured analyses of website and digital marketing performance to identify key trends and support marketing strategies.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating dashboards and reports to communicate website and channel performance aligned with marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with Web UX, Community, and Product teams to ensure analytics efforts support business objectives and integrate insights into continuous optimization.
  • Monitor data accuracy, report discrepancies or bugs, and escalate issues to analytics development teams to ensure data integrity.
  • Support CRO initiatives by assisting in A/B test execution, tracking performance, analyzing results, and providing optimization insights.
  • Assist in implementing and tracking web personalization strategies to improve website conversion and engagement.
  • Support digital team strategy discussions, share performance updates, and participate in workshops and training to enhance data literacy.
  • Coordinate with marketing stakeholders to ensure alignment on reporting and insights, and contribute to digital optimization opportunities.
  • Assist in digital marketing initiatives and stretch projects related to analytics and CRO, providing data input and insights.
  • Stay current with industry trends, engage in training or certification, and proactively suggest improvements to reporting and data visualization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, or CRO-related roles.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
  • Basic understanding of A/B testing methodologies and CRO principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools is a plus.

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
