About the Role

The Associate Director of CAR T Cell Therapy Digital Platforms (CTDP), Reporting & Analytics at Bristol Myers Squibb will gather requirements for the commercial CTDP and ensure an excellent customer experience in all markets. They will work closely with global and regional teams and other program partners like Patient Ops, CTO, and IT. The role involves managing projects related to reporting and analytics to support commercial teams globally and locally. This position reports to the Senior Director of CAR T Commercial Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and distribution of training materials and change summaries for the Commercial Portal in US and Worldwide Markets, manage requirements review, user acceptance testing (UAT), and password management for the Demo Portal.
  • Coordinate enhancement requests from affiliates, liaise with strategic leads and relevant POSI/GPS teams, support requirements development, and communicate progress with partners and affiliate teams.
  • Manage internal 'magic calendar' access for BMS employees at affiliate and global levels.
  • Manage a range of dashboards and reports, including CTSM & MSL operational dashboards, KPI, site analytics, and manufacturing reports using Tableau.
  • Oversee market-specific financial reports for regions such as Canada, Spain, and Israel, and other regions as required.
  • Incorporate new data sets, monitor data errors, and ensure timely reporting and rectification.
  • Facilitate trainings, handle user access setup, email alerts, and communication with local teams during market launches.
  • Manage IVR settings and approvals in collaboration with local teams.
  • Support site footprint analysis, affiliate training, and access, while developing long-term solutions that integrate clinical data and real-time reporting.
  • Manage portal user reports and email subscription reports, including data updates and user access.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4+ years' experience in the bio-pharma industry working in global commercial or operational teams.
  • Experience in developing reports using standard reporting tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, PowerApps, etc.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, including time management, attention to detail, and follow-up.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
  • Ability to think analytically, observe trends, prioritize insights, and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to engage with cross-disciplinary teams across international regions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with clarity and proactivity in stakeholder communication.
  • Additional language skills beyond English (e.g., German, French) are desired.
