About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to developing and measuring aspects of the brand strategy, including opportunity assessments, channel leadership, positioning, messaging, and launch/lifecycle planning.
• Assist in designing, implementing, and evaluating marketing activities for assigned products, including digital, social media, and distribution channels.
• Review marketing programs and help implement necessary changes based on market data analysis.
• Analyze market data to identify key segment drivers and inform marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to realize brand strategy through market research, brand positioning, messaging, and integrated launch plans.
• Establish strong alliances with Global and US Medical, Corporate Affairs, Regulatory, and MAPs teams, providing input to planning and programs.
• Build patient campaigns and programs that deliver on brand plan elements.
• Lead defined work streams and brand opportunities as assigned, with accountability for product success.
• Develop product forecasts with the Director, Marketing, utilizing analytical sources and understanding key levers to meet or exceed projections.
• Organize activities, communication, and resources across functional areas to achieve business objectives in a timely manner.
• Foster relationships with leader advocates and customer advocacy groups.
• Motivate, develop, and inspire team members, and communicate brand vision with passion and authenticity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business, marketing, or sciences.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare-related experience and 3 years of marketing experience.
• Leadership experience and team management skills.
• Experience in developing brand channel strategies and executing them.
• Experience managing complex projects at the project management level.
• Strong financial proficiency in analyzing results and driving results.
• Vendor/Agency Management experience, including managing relationships with agencies, consultants, and third-party groups.

Nice to Have

• Advanced Degree in business, marketing, or sciences.
• Experience in Consumer Marketing.
• Experience in Insight/Market Research.
• Experience related to Respiratory therapeutic area.
• Experience across multiple promotional channels (Personal, Non-Personal, Omnichannel, Digital).
• Development of digital customer experiences and/or e-commerce.
