About the Role

This role will drive consumer digital marketing efforts with the primary focus on rilzabrutinib. Rilzabrutinib is an innovative BTK inhibitor and a ‘pipeline in a pill' with its anticipated first launch in Immune Thrombocytopenia (ITP), an autoimmune rare blood disorder. This individual will partner with multiple cross-functional teams and agencies to drive the creation and ongoing optimization of digital campaigns, aligning digital plans and strategies with brand objectives, goals, and budgets. This position is based in Cambridge, MA and will report into the consumer marketing lead for rare hematology. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of digital engagement activities to drive desired behavior change by leveraging brand strengths, opportunities, and competitive challenges.
  • Understand and utilize multiple channels to reach consumers, integrating channels to deliver cross-channel customer journeys.
  • Focus on enabling the best customer experience in every interaction.
  • Develop actionable digital measurement plans, select KPIs, and set goals, targets, and measurement milestones aligned with business objectives.
  • Increase key performance metrics such as organic prospect traffic, time on page, click-through rates, subscribers, form fills, and registrations.
  • Use data and insights to steer digital investments, sharing insights and shaping recommendations based on behavioral and performance data to assess campaign lift and ROI.
  • Act as the key point person for high-profile digital initiatives (e.g., Digital Accelerator) & pilots.
  • Adapt to the changing digital landscape to identify impactful opportunities for the brand.
  • Partner effectively with cross-functional teams and agency partners in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Be proactive and self-starting with strong communication and presentation skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years' experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industries.
  • Experience in brand/digital marketing and customer experience planning.
  • Strategic digital planning and execution skills.
  • Ability to build cross-functional consensus.
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels and their benefits.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing trends and innovations.
  • Ability to interpret digital marketing insights and provide optimization recommendations.
  • Experience in agency management.
  • Regulatory review experience.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with digital measurement and analytics tools.
  • Experience working on autoimmune or rare blood disorder brands.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulatory environment related to digital marketing.
