Associate Director, Data Enablement

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Drive partnerships with GD-IT Business Solution Partners, DA&DS, Data Platform Services, and GD-IT Operations Resources to ensure effective project planning, execution, and transition to operations.
• Collaborate with GD-IT Solution Architecture and Enterprise teams to identify the appropriate technology solutions to meet business outcomes.
• Oversee creation and execution of end-to-end projects, providing oversight to Portfolio Managers, Project Managers, and Business Analysts.
• Define and align implementation processes and standards, engaging with business and team members to confirm requirements and ensure design meets business needs.
• Craft and maintain solution roadmaps and demand management processes in consultation with stakeholders.
• Serve as an expert in implementation and adoption of Master Data Management solutions, overseeing multiple workstreams to ensure timely, on-budget, and quality completion of MDM programs.
• Identify data integration needs and collaborate with Strategic Data Enablement and Enterprise teams to implement integrations.
• Oversee system validation processes and execution activities, partnering with Quality Management and Validation teams.
• Manage project lifecycle activities from initiation through delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience with implementation and support of Master Data Management (MDM) programs.
• Experience with MDM implementation using Informatica IDMC platform.
• Knowledge of Data Quality, Data Governance, Information Architecture, and Technology Implementation.
• Experience in design, build/implementation, and post-production adoption of MDM solutions.
• Familiarity with MDM best practices and processes, including IDMC Customer360, Product 360, Reference360, CDGC, Data Quality, and Data marketplace microservices.
• Ability to work with business teams and provide recommendations on match/merge rules.
• Experience in crafting and maintaining solution roadmaps and demand management processes.

Nice to Have

• Experience with data integration and system validation activities.
• Knowledge of enterprise data management standards and practices.
