Associate Director, Marketing Insights (Neuroscience & Eye Care Advanced Analytics)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop fact-based promotional investment strategies and guide investment decisions from marketing mix/business optimization and other analysis to optimize performance, influence business growth, and inform the annual financial forecasting and brand planning process.
• Be integrally involved with the financial planning process, providing input into financial planning and serving as a key conduit to forecasting for all monthly estimates, annual plans, and long-range plan deliverables including patient flow modeling.
• Leverage innovative, sophisticated analytic models that address critical issues while meeting key business and technical criteria (e.g., cost, risk, reliability, validity, and predictability).

Requirements

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Business Intelligence/Analytics, Engineering or foreign educational equivalent.
• Five years of experience performing quantitative analysis of sales and marketing information.
• Five years of analyzing big data sets to develop advanced models to predict future performance.
• Five years of preparing written and oral presentations of data, plans, and strategies for peers, business stakeholders, and management.
• Five years of applying statistical analyses, experimental design, regression, and modeling to business problems.
• Five years of translating data results into non-technical formats for presentations to business stakeholders.
• One year of experience working with a Pharma/Biotech company.
• One year of experience working with pharma syndicated data sources provided by IQVIA, Truven, SHA, and DRG.
