The Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics will be a strategic, data-driven leader responsible for building a best-in-class analytics function from the ground up, translating complex data into actionable insights, and influencing growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, build, and lead the marketing analytics strategy, becoming a key decision-maker in leveraging data for marketing and communications.
  • Provide and maintain centralized reporting in a Tableau dashboard to analyze large volumes of quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Interpret results, provide actionable insights, and present findings to leadership.
  • Infuse marketing strategy with data-driven insights and optimizations across channels including SEM, paid digital, social, search, television, radio, direct mail, and affiliate marketing.
  • Partner with Marketing, Business Analytics, and Finance teams to develop KPIs, data mapping documents, and measurement plans.
  • Collaborate on budget planning, performance projections, and monthly spend reconciliation.
  • Draft hypotheses and design test structures (A/B, incrementality, etc.) to identify opportunities for scale and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain predictive models for financial and performance projections, including customer lifetime value (CLTV).
  • Own UTM parameters, offline media tracking, naming conventions, and documentation, collaborating with Data Analytics to ensure data integrity.
  • Assist in developing multi-touch and shared attribution measurement strategies.
  • Build, develop, and manage the marketing analytics team to drive successful outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in business or marketing analytics, with a passion for building and leading strategic functions in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Deep passion for data and a natural curiosity to uncover insights.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience building dashboards and databases.
  • Expert-level skills with Excel, visualization tools (Tableau), and programming languages (Python or R).
  • Deep understanding of statistical concepts and techniques, with the ability to apply them to analytics projects such as media/marketing mix models, segmentation, and forecasting.
  • Strong exposure to paid marketing channels (mobile, social, digital) and understanding of attribution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex findings and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Previous work experience in insurance, financial industry, and on D2C channels.
