About the Role

The Associate eCommerce Business Analyst at Uline is responsible for analyzing user activity, website metrics, trends, and customer comments to identify opportunities for improvement on uline.com. The role involves collaborating with the User Experience, Quality Assurance, and Development teams to enhance website usability, validate web enhancements, and support the growth of one of the largest eCommerce websites in the country. Key Responsibilities

Analyze user activity, website metrics, trends, and customer comments to identify opportunities for improvement on uline.com.
Work with the User Experience team to develop concepts that address website usability and best practices.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Development teams to validate web enhancements.
Document and perform weekly reporting tasks.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, information systems, IT or a related field.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
SQL experience is a plus.

Experience with SQL.
