About the Role

The Associate eCommerce Business Analyst at Uline is responsible for analyzing user activity, website metrics, trends, and customer comments to identify opportunities for improvement on one of the largest eCommerce websites in the country. The role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance website usability and support the growing eCommerce operations at Uline, a leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze user activity, website metrics, trends, and customer comments to identify opportunities for improvement.
Work with the User Experience team to develop concepts that address website usability and best practices.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Development teams to validate web enhancements.
Document and perform weekly reporting tasks.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, information systems, IT or a related field.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
SQL skills are a plus.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
