About the Role

The Associate eCommerce Business Analyst at Uline is responsible for analyzing user activity, website metrics, trends, and customer comments to identify opportunities for improvement on uline.com. The role involves collaborating with various teams to develop and validate web enhancements, supporting the growth of one of the largest eCommerce websites in the country. Uline is a family-owned company and North America's leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, with over 9,000 employees across 14 locations. All positions are on-site, and the company offers a stable, growth-oriented environment backed by 45 years of success.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze user activity, website metrics, trends, and customer comments to identify opportunities for improvement on uline.com.
Work with the User Experience team to develop concepts that address website usability and best practices.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Development teams to validate web enhancements.
Document and perform weekly reporting tasks.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, information systems, IT or a related field.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
SQL a plus.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

SQL skills.
