About the Role

The Associate Manager, Omnichannel Activation at Mondelēz International is responsible for driving digital commerce growth and activation across key customers, particularly Costco and West Regional accounts. The role involves developing and executing omnichannel business plans, optimizing online assortment, content, search, and activation strategies to accelerate Mondelēz's online snacking leadership. The position requires collaboration with internal teams and external retail partners to deliver impactful marketing activations and support long-term growth objectives within the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Omnichannel business plans in partnership with Customer Business Teams and HQ category planning teams, ensuring eCommerce best practices are incorporated.
  • Assess key flywheel opportunities, develop projects to address these opportunities, and share learnings across the organization.
  • Partner with Costco and West Regional customers and internal teams to remove barriers for growth and drive omnichannel activations for MDLZ brands.
  • Create strategies for conversion to achieve aggressive growth goals, including brief development, brainstorms, idea sell-in, and execution.
  • Manage agencies, partnerships, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure program success.
  • Collaborate with retailers to improve their digital commerce and activation capabilities, including capability assessments and strategic planning.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of CPG experience with a focus on shopper, trade, or brand marketing preferred.
  • Experience in digital commerce and retail media is a plus.
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity and adapting to changing business needs.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to establish partnerships and build trust with key customers and internal teams.
  • Experience driving success with cross-functional teams and managing projects through formal and informal channels.
  • Connection to external industry resources and understanding of best practices.

Nice to Have

  • Digital commerce and retail media experience.
  • Capability/background in analytics and insights.
  • Experience with managing retail media networks.

Qualifications

  • Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
  • Proficiency in managing projects and stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
