Associate Manager, Paid Search, Contractor

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Developing new campaign assets including ad copy, keywords, bid strategies, and other elements.
• Developing and implementing performance-driven campaign strategies and optimizations for clients.
• Analyzing and optimizing campaigns based on conversion rates, CPCs, CTRs, impression shares, seasonal/geographical trends, search queries, keyword and ad copy research.
• Monitoring campaigns against goals to ensure performance targets are met.
• Running day-to-day reporting, analytics, and data insights for the paid search program.
• Performing all stages of the QA process to ensure campaign quality.
• Working with the search team and directly with clients to communicate campaign results, strategies, issues, or needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of brands, categories, channels, and processes.
• Strong quantitative, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Independent and self-directed, with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and manage time efficiently.
• Some experience with Google Ads and Bing Ads.
