About the Role

The Associate Manager, Trade Marketing Operations & Finance Hybrid Role at Azaaki LLC is a temporary position supporting trade marketing initiatives with a focus on finance and logistics. The role involves managing complex budgets across the US and Canada, coordinating vendor operations, and supporting digital transformation efforts to transition from Excel-based tracking to a centralized platform. This position is critical for maintaining business continuity during staffing transitions and supports a large security company's operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the flow of processes completed by Cash Processors to ensure all cash is applied in a timely manner to outstanding invoices and provide updates to Cash Supervisor.
  • Document and track statistics of all cash processes and report results to Cash Supervisor.
  • Train associates on processing transactions, researching and applying cash for Payers and Members, identifying partial payments and denials, and scanning batches into Filebound.
  • Complete and submit applications and documentation for setting up EFTs and report issues to Cash Supervisor.
  • Provide a point of contact for questions/issues regarding Cash and Filebound processes.
  • Attend meetings or conference calls to provide insight on Cash processes.
  • Schedule and coordinate monthly team meetings.
  • Support relationships with designated Payers, including updates to Management.
  • Work pre-bill queries weekly to ensure claims are sent accurately and minimize denials.
  • Analyze open receivable trends, including payment frequency and root cause analysis.
  • Research and resolve insurance denials for proper claim submission within specified timeframes.
  • Resolve/escalate provider, plan setup, store, or system issues promptly.
  • Run and analyze AS400 queries weekly using Microsoft Excel.
  • Summarize outstanding AR issues and recommend solutions.
  • Analyze collections data quarterly, develop projects based on P&L risk, forecast payments, and provide resolution insights.
  • Support collection of receivables for Canada, including write-offs, monthly analysis, and issue resolution.
  • Assist supervisor with special projects and training as needed.

Requirements

  • Complex budget management (CAPEX/OPEX).
  • Vendor management experience.
  • Cross-functional project coordination (Finance, IT, Marketing).
  • High proficiency in Excel and budget tracking.
  • Experience in digital tool/platform implementation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in finance, trade marketing, or operational roles.
  • Demonstrated experience managing CAPEX/OPEX budgets.
  • Ability to work across departments and manage priorities.

  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience managing logistics across multiple vendors.
  • Experience with RFP processes and vendor consolidation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.

Benefits & Perks

  • Contract position paying $26.00 - $28.50 per hour.
  • Expected 40 hours per week.
