About the Role

At T-Mobile, we believe in smarter marketing - and that starts with understanding our customers more deeply than ever. Our Agentic AI team is building the foundation for the next generation of intelligent, data-driven marketing: one that adapts in real time, predicts customer needs, and delivers relevant experiences across every touchpoint. We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join this mission and help shape the future of how we learn from customer signals, generate insights, and build agent-powered solutions, from churn prediction to real-time offer intelligence. This role offers exposure to top talent in product, data science, and engineering within a future-facing team focused on AI, marketing, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Execution Within a Pod: Write user stories, handle JIRA tickets, and collaborate with developers through daily standups
  • Translate Signals into Strategy: Turn behavioral and lifecycle data into product inputs and decision points
  • Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with data science, MarTech, lifecycle marketing, and other product teams
  • Learn in the Loop: Build comfort navigating ML models, experimentation design, and personalization systems

Requirements

  • A growth mindset and hunger to learn new technical, product, and AI concepts
  • A user- and data-driven approach to problem solving
  • 0-2 years of experience in product, analytics, strategy, or technical roles
  • Comfort working with ambiguity in a fast-evolving space
  • Demonstrated impact in team, academic, or side project work (school, internships, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical field (or equivalent experience)

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with machine learning models, experimentation design, or personalization systems
  • Knowledge of marketing technology (MarTech) tools and customer lifecycle strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical field (or equivalent experience)

Benefits & Perks

  • Annual stock grant, employee stock purchase plan, 401(k)
  • Access to free, year-round money coaches
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Flexible spending account, paid time off, up to 12 paid holidays
  • Paid parental and family leave, family building benefits, back-up care
  • Childcare subsidy, tuition assistance, college coaching
  • Disability, voluntary AD&D, accident, life, and long-term care insurance
  • Mobile service & home internet discounts, pet insurance, transit programs
