Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of service products—from ideation and development to launch and continuous improvement.
Define and execute the services roadmap in alignment with company strategy, customer needs, and market trends.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and customer success to ensure successful delivery and adoption of services.
Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in the current services portfolio.
Develop business cases and pricing strategies for new and existing services.
Establish KPIs and success metrics to evaluate service performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

8-12 years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on services or customer experience.
Proven track record of launching and scaling service offerings in a B2B or B2C environment.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience working in agile environments and leading cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Nice to Have

Experience with services transformation, SaaS, or managed services.
Familiarity with customer journey mapping and service design methodologies.
Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L ownership.

Compensation: $120,000.00-$160,000.00 year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role.
