Associate Product Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in overall product strategy and development requirements for new and emerging software platforms.
• Create and oversee high-level software solution roadmaps.
• Understand customer and market needs and opportunities and translate them into product development plans.
• Manage conflicting business priorities and maintain a prioritized list of customer and market requirements for software platforms.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure that product features and capabilities meet customer and stakeholder needs.
• Develop and implement strategic and operational objectives to help achieve organizational mission.
• Lead a cooperative effort among project team members.
• Coach team members on performance, provide inputs for performance evaluations, and be involved in pay actions.
• Interact with subordinate supervisors, customers, and/or functional peer group managers, involving matters between functional areas, divisions, or customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 8 years of related experience.
• Experience in FIN TECH and Point of Sales (POS).
• Ability to analyze and solve problems using acquired expertise and judgment.
• Ability to review relevant factors to analyze situations or data.

Nice to Have

• Experience with software development and product management in healthcare or SaaS environments.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations.
