About the Role

The Associate Product Manager- Cervical is responsible for supporting the development and execution of product strategies, marketing plans, promotional and advertising programs within the cervical product portfolio. The role involves overseeing all aspects of product management, including requirements definition, surgeon customer feedback, product messaging, product launch, sales force and customer engagement, and product forecasting. The position requires significant interface with Sales, Development, Finance, Supply Chain, Surgeon Education, Sales Training, and surgeon customers to ensure products meet organizational goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for a portion of the product portfolio from inception through obsolescence.
Assist in developing marketing strategies by studying economic indicators, outlining product requirements for surgery, tracking supply and demand changes, and identifying surgeon customer needs.
Help drive U.S. market share by developing marketing plans and programs for each product, and coordinating training efforts.
Assist in developing sales collateral, customer service processes, and short- and long-term product forecasts to support the assigned product line.
Support the design, development, and implementation of products and service lines on cross-functional teams.
Identify priorities for current and future products by evaluating market trends.
Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and conventions.
Manage travel and promotional budgets, with the ability to travel between 15-40%.
Perform other duties as assigned.
