Associate Project Management Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with and assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing project needs, track and report progress
• Support the Project Manager in customer relationships building and stakeholder engagement
• Assist in managing project documentation including creating and maintaining charts, reports, etc
• Participate in maintaining, analyzing, and producing metrics related to plans
• Follow up on roadblocks, problem areas, and bottlenecks impacting project areas, facilitate effective communication among stakeholders
• Seek feedback from team members to help come up with possible solutions, improvements, or roadblock removals, evaluate impacts of proposed solutions, implement solutions
• Drive completion of project tasks and project assignments with minimal oversight

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Experience in program or project management
• Experience using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Ability to work both in a professional office environment and a manufacturing area

Nice to Have

• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to convey complex information clearly to audiences and cross functional teams
• Professional, strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, with ability to identify issues and help coordinate/implement path forward with team
