Key Responsibilities

Supports area Manager in running the office and organizing work
Prepares reports for multiple business areas
Involvement in work management, scheduling, and procurement activities
Collaborates with multiple business areas to manage business processes
Performs a wide range of analyst assignments and resolves recurring problems independently
Responsible for project updates and metrics tracking, associated reporting to stakeholders, and compliance with corporate and function procedures
Develops effective working relationships among all project team members, stakeholders, and project resources including managing external vendors, consultants, and contractors as appropriate
Parses data and presents it in a meaningful format
Anticipates upcoming responsibilities or needs and uses initiative appropriately

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a Business-related field and minimum 3 years of experience or Associates Degree with 5 years of experience
Utility construction and project management experience is required
Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel utilization of pivot tables, v lookup, algorithms, and other functions)
Must have the ability to communicate accurately and clearly both orally and in writing
Must have a pleasant manner and be able to work collaboratively in a team environment
Customer service oriented 'can do' approach to work
Superior organizational skills and accuracy
Excellent problem-solving and people skills
