About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in all FO&C project reviews to analyze and prioritize fund families for automation based on activity and trade value.
• Lead specific fund automation reviews and coordinate automation efforts with external funds and transfer agents using SFTP automation.
• Coordinate testing efforts related to automation, including securing resources, writing test scripts, and managing data preparation for testing.
• Participate in department implementation of automation initiatives and manage wellness reviews, including mandatory weekend support.
• Manage post-implementation oversight with impacted teams and fund/transfer agents.
• Coordinate requirements and automation efforts with external funds and transfer agents through proprietary files.
• Work with team leads to address resource constraints and achieve project milestones.
• Assist with defect triaging, resolution, and project documentation such as test scripts, requirements, and testing plans.
• Develop and produce management reports on project progress.
• Serve as the point of contact for automation-related discussions with OGC, Risk, and Compliance.
• Analyze data relevant to activity for risk and compliance teams and assist in remediation efforts.
• Manage UAT, Qtest, and all related project documentation to ensure accurate records.
• Understand all costs and revenues associated with the automation project and review to minimize testing and implementation costs.

Requirements

• BS/BA Degree or relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of project experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of US Money Market experience.
• Experience with SFTP automation is required.
• Knowledge of Qtest is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills at all levels.
• Proficient with Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work independently and proactively as a self-starter.
• Experience managing people and projects.
• Ability to motivate teams and manage competing deliverables.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Qtest.
