About the Role

The Associate Project Manager at Catalent partners with the site project management team to facilitate inventory tracking, project billing, forecasting, and improvement projects. The role involves managing the execution of development customer requirements in accordance with established goals, milestones, and deliverables within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Catalent is a global, high-growth company specializing in drug development and manufacturing, with a focus on quality, compliance, and patient safety, operating a state-of-the-art facility in Greenville, N.C.

Key Responsibilities

Generating reports out of ERP system or processing ERP data in Excel or other software to develop various reports.
Processing forward billing work orders to generate invoices for various project specific items and services.
Assisting Project Management team to ensure the overall group's goals and deliverables are met.
Managing, leading, and overseeing the delivery of multiple projects from pre-formulation through process validation including all phases of clinical development.
Facilitating effective team meetings to track project deliverables and timelines to ensure on-time delivery; distributing meeting notes, action items, and project timelines.
Tracking material setup/release, batch record issuance, and disposition.
Working with Project Managers on assembling and tracking invoices/billing.
Facilitating on-site and virtual customer meetings.
Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in science with at least 1 year of pharmaceutical project management experience (preferably in the CDMO industry).
Or an Associate degree in science with at least 2 years of pharmaceutical project management experience (preferably in the CDMO industry).
Or a high school diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of pharmaceutical project management experience (preferably in the CDMO industry).
PMP certification desired.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint desired.
Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly.
Be accessible to manufacturing floor and office staff and to use required office equipment.
