About the Role

The Associate Project Manager at Catalent partners with the site project management team to facilitate inventory tracking, project billing, forecasting, and improvement projects. The role involves managing the execution of development customer requirements in accordance with an agreed-upon program of activities to achieve goals, milestones, and deliverables. Key Responsibilities

  • Generating reports out of ERP system or processing ERP data in Excel or other software to develop various reports.
  • Processing forward billing work orders to generate invoices for various project-specific items and services.
  • Assisting Project Management team to ensure overall goals and deliverables are met.
  • Managing, leading, and overseeing the delivery of multiple projects from pre-formulation through process validation including all phases of clinical development.
  • Facilitating effective team meetings to track project deliverables and timelines to ensure on-time delivery; distributing meeting notes, action items, and project timelines.
  • Tracking material setup/release, batch record issuance, and disposition.
  • Working with Project Managers on assembling and tracking invoices/billing.
  • Facilitating on-site and virtual customer meetings.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in science with at least 1 year of pharmaceutical project management experience (preferably in the CDMO industry).
  • Or an Associate degree in science with at least 2 years of pharmaceutical project management experience (preferably in the CDMO industry).
  • Or a high school diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of pharmaceutical project management experience (preferably in the CDMO industry).
  • PMP certification desired.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint desired.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk regularly.
  • Accessibility to manufacturing floor and office staff and ability to use required office equipment.

Nice to Have

  • PMP certification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications
