Associate Technical Project Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation & Integration: Deliver implementations & integrations for multiple project types across the services offered within the FX&S pillar at OSTTRA, including handing over to operations teams once live, conducting day one customer check-ins, finalizing readiness for production, and liaising with relevant counterparties.
• Participate in the UAT phase with the customer, identify and resolve issues, and gather and set up static data in UAT and production environments.
• Configure systems in UAT and production, set up connectivity and integrations, coordinate development based on solution design, create routing in IC, and ensure all integration changes undergo required checks and follow standards.
• Work effectively as part of a professional services project team, collaborating with internal stakeholders such as connectivity, product, and development teams, and demonstrating a positive customer experience.
• Update project management systems daily, create and track UAT plans, produce implementation & integration documentation, and manage tasks to meet deadlines.
• Create cross-training materials, lead implementation & integrations as a primary resource, develop new skills, and assist secondary resources during projects.
• Engage in teamwork, be responsive and collaborative, participate in post-project retrospectives, and execute UAT runbooks.
• Act as an escalation point for certain project types/services from a technical project management perspective.

Requirements

• Knowledge of message formats such as FIX, XML, JSON, or CSV.
• Ability to define and document detailed workflow processes.
• Process-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to fulfill project tasks in a timely manner.
• Customer-facing skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of the services offered by the OSTTRA FX & S pillar.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
