The position of Assoc./Sr. Assoc./Manager - Product & Experience within the Global Patient Success team plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering best-in-class digital experiences for patients across global markets, supporting a holistic health journey through the Conditions Care and Well-being platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives that enhance the Condition, Care & Well-being platform, including expansion into new therapeutic areas across U.S. and OUS markets.
  • Build and maintain a global framework for on-site content and patient journeys, ensuring localization capabilities for diverse markets.
  • Partner with design, development, internal and external approval processes, LLY.com, and global development teams to integrate feedback and prioritize backlog.
  • Partner with design, development (including global), internal & external reviewers, LLY.com, etc. to define requirements, integrate feedback, and prioritize backlog items for platform evolution.
  • Influence the design of unified digital experiences that reflect Lilly's master brand strategy and elevate patient engagement across digital channels.
  • Operate within agile teams to support business transformation, go-to-market strategies, and rapid response to competitive dynamics or patient needs.
  • Lead launch readiness and pull-through for affiliate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Digital product management and/or digital design experience.
  • Digital media and/or digital advertising experience.
  • Qualified to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects with global impact.
  • Deep understanding of patient needs and healthcare market dynamics.
  • Strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and executional excellence.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital platform operations.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple timelines and releases.
  • Self-directed with strong project management prioritization skills.

Nice to Have

  • Pharmaceutical or digital healthcare experience/expertise.
  • Executional experience with content marketing or development.
  • Proactive problem identification and solution development.
  • Experience with internal marketing materials approval in a regulated environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complexity.
  • Strong decision-making skills and proven ability to influence others.
  • Experience working with agency and external partners.

  • Bachelor's Degree.
