About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the online audience across platforms and develop strategies for audience growth.
• Use audience analytics and data insights to create and implement strategies for audience acquisition and retention.
• Collaborate with senior executive leadership, department leaders, and external partners to align audience development efforts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of digital audience strategy experience.
• Strong marketing analytics, content marketing, and online engagement skills.
• Proven track record of digital audience expansion.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with senior leadership and external partners.
• Ability to identify business growth opportunities and align strategies.
• Must work in-person in the Washington, D.C. office full-time.
• Agree with The Christian Post's statement of faith.

Nice to Have

• Established relationships with management of traffic channel platforms.
• Experience working with newsroom or in media.
