About the Role

As an Internet Sales and Digital Marketing Manager, you will leverage your expertise in digital marketing techniques and data analytics to create, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and provide insights that drive actionable decisions for managing all aspects of the dealership's internet sales operations, including handling online sales leads, responding to customer inquiries, and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales. This role is essential in maintaining the dealership's online presence, converting leads to sales opportunities, and achieving sales performance targets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the digital presence, maximize ROI, and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to all online phone sales inquiries, including leads from the dealership's website, third-party lead providers, and social media platforms, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement lead follow up processes to increase conversion rates and appointment show rates.
  • Qualify leads by gathering information on customer needs and preferences and schedule appointments for vehicle demonstrations and sales.
  • Guide customers through the online sales process, including presenting pricing options, trade-in evaluations, and financing opportunities.
  • Prepare and process sales documentation accurately, ensuring compliance with dealership policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain detailed records of online sales activities and customer interactions in the dealership's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to the internet sales team, setting clear performance expectations and conducting regular evaluations.
  • Train team members on lead management, digital marketing techniques, phone skills, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment within the internet sales team.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies, including paid search, SEO, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Create and manage content strategies for blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.
  • Optimize landing pages, creatives, and overall user experience to increase conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance data across various channels and provide actionable insights to improve results.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM systems to track KPIs and monitor trends.
  • Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports to evaluate digital campaign effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.
  • Use customer segmentation to identify high-value audiences for targeted digital campaigns.
  • Apply advanced data analytics to predict trends, behaviors, and buy patterns.
  • Conduct A/B tests for landing pages, ads, and email marketing to optimize for better performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive digital strategies and work with designers, copywriters, and developers to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns.
