Reporting to the Luxury Marketing Leader, the AVP Luxury Marketing will be responsible for leading the client marketing relationship management of assigned clients. The selected marketer will partner with clients and a broad cross-functional team to develop growth strategies, drive volume growth, client penetration, and measure the effectiveness of marketing spend and profitability. The role involves developing and managing all B2B/B2C campaigns across multiple channels, including in-store, website, email, statement marketing, direct mail, and advertising, with a focus on digital channels to drive growth outside of physical store sales. The position contributes to overall market and brand strategy within the Luxury Markets portfolio and aims to acquire and retain small retailers into Synchrony Financial branded programs.
