About the Role

OTC Markets Group Inc., operator of premier US financial marketplaces, is seeking an experienced and strategic AVP, Digital Marketing to join their dynamic Marketing team. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role involves developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, support sales enablement, and enhance customer retention. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated digital marketing initiatives across key touchpoints, including CRM, direct marketing, relationship marketing, and sales enablement collateral.
  • Design and implement targeted CRM and lead generation campaigns to support the company's three core business lines: Corporate Services, Market Data, and OTC Link.
  • Develop engaging content for the @OTCMarkets social media channels to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement with key audiences.
  • Create a wide range of marketing and sales assets, including blog posts, webinars, videos, fact sheets, case studies, and press releases.
  • Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize future campaigns.
  • Provide support for sponsored in-office and external events.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the OTC Markets brand through consistent messaging, creative storytelling, and strategic marketing efforts.
  • Additional responsibilities, as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant B2B marketing experience, preferably within financial services, capital markets, or related industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, with a strong emphasis on CRM, content marketing, and lead generation strategies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Highly collaborative team player with a proven ability to work effectively across departments and with senior leadership.
  • Experience with social media and content strategy and tools such as Google Analytics, Storyblok, WordPress, Canva, and Sprout Social.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach to marketing execution.

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns in financial services or capital markets.
  • Familiarity with the company's core business lines and industry trends.
