Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and manage our National and Retail paid media campaigns, across various digital channels and platforms in partnership with brand teams, agency partners and retail media networks.
  • Work within campaign team to analyze performance, define user journeys and qualify leads for lead gen campaigns.
  • Work closely with content creators, brand teams, customer account teams, and other marketing team members to create cohesive campaigns.
  • Recommend annual media spend and budget allocations aligning to key business objectives. Maintain budget tracking for planned versus actual spend.
  • Create the annual and campaign specific media briefs to guide agency partners to develop media strategies.
  • Lead ongoing website improvements and optimizations for each brand across various CMS platforms in collaboration with agencies and global support teams.
  • Continuously monitor media campaign and digital platform performance, analyze data using platforms like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, Scintilla, Profitero, Walmart Connect, Criteo, Wayvia/PriceSpider, PowerBI and other tools full insights and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
  • Plan and execute A/B testing for ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign components to identify what performs best.
  • Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Maintain and update internal media performance dashboards via PowerBI as well as global business dashboards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and paid media.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of national and retail paid media experience required.
  • Strong understanding of Paid Search, Retail Media, Programmatic and Paid Social.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple brands, product categories, customer accounts, and agency partners.
  • Experience in developing, launching and optimizing National Media campaigns aligned to various brand and customer account objectives.
  • Expertise with retail media platforms including Orange Apron Media, Lowes Media Network, Walmart Connect, Amazon, and their reporting and campaign development platforms.
  • Experience reviewing owned digital platforms (brand websites) and utilizing Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to recommend optimizations.
  • Ability to interpret data, assess campaign performance, and make informed decisions and recommendations to agency partners and retail media networks.
  • Ability to track audiences from National Media throughout their journey - from initial media engagement, through owned websites, and/or to retail sites for conversion.

  • Experience with website optimization and analysis tools.
