About the Role

The Instructor Senior Analyst at Accenture is a multifaceted role that involves instructional design work and delivering training on a wide variety of topics. The position includes facilitating instructor-led training courses, creating training resources, developing exams and certifications, and evaluating the effectiveness and ROI of training efforts. Key Responsibilities

Conduct training for new and experienced employees.
Perform needs analysis and make training recommendations.
Establish a feedback loop between learning and leadership.
Create and schedule classes.
Establish and maintain an enthusiastic work environment and culture.
Counsel and provide guidance to managers on employee professional development.
Build relationships with managers and employees.
Recommend improvements and ways to streamline training sessions and methods.
Escalate issues posing business risk to management.
Utilize the Learning Management System to administer courses, surveys, register class participants, analyze training, and create training reports.

Requirements

English proficiency - minimum C1 level (CEFR).
Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum of 1+ years in training or coaching.
Minimum of 1+ years in Digital Advertising / Marketing industry.

Nice to Have

Experience in delivering effective sales training curricula.
Minimum of 6 months experience managing a marketing book of business.
Prior experience as a Sales Coach or Team Lead.
Experience using software such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Kahoot and/or Mentimeter.
Expertise around sales training and sales development.
