About the Role

The AVP & Marketing Officer is responsible for coordinating, executing, and monitoring all marketing communication initiatives for the Bank. This position supports profit centers, manages digital marketing efforts, supervises the Marketing Assistant, and ensures compliance with policies and regulations. The role involves developing advertising strategies, managing vendor relationships, overseeing campaigns, and providing support for departmental projects to enhance the Bank's image and exposure.

Key Responsibilities

Support in developing, planning, and implementing advertising strategy and campaigns to enhance Bank's image
Production quality control (flyers, promotional items, posters, and general marketing collateral)
Generate marketing/custom reports and lists as needed by business units
Coordinate with Ad/PR/Social Media agencies to enhance the production and execution process
Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns
Assist in developing digital media strategies and execution items
Marketing Compliance review/approval process and documentation
Manage creative agency relationships, including deadlines and campaign scope parameters
Promotional item and vendor management
Event marketing coordination, execution, and oversight to maximize exposure for CBB
Website content tracking and updates
Report on marketing-related campaign results
Recommend best practices for implementing new campaigns related to banking products or solutions
Branch support & communications (marketing customer service for branches)
Administrative support for branches and departments
Additional tasks assigned by Marketing Manager
Comply fully with all Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

Efficient with digital tools, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Adwords
Website content management using CMS tools
Strong vendor management and negotiating skills
Strong knowledge and user experience in various social media platforms
Experience with marketing automation tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot preferred
Knowledge of SEO/SEM
Excellent customer service and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written skills
Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
Organized, highly motivated, and able to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines
Effective project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
General understanding of marketing compliance regulations and laws
Highly proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite

Nice to Have

Knowledge of SEO/SEM
Experience with marketing automation tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
Bilingual in English and Korean

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or relevant experience preferred
