About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Strategy and Analytics Leader to join our team. Reporting directly to the SVP of Business Development for the Northeast Region, this individual will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and execution of data-driven strategies that support sales growth and optimization, enhanced decision-making, forecasting, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales strategies and processes, advanced data analytics techniques, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve sales effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the development, implementation, and execution of data-driven strategies to support sales growth and optimization.
Lead market and channel analysis, including defining and monitoring market/channel goals.
Drive company strategic initiatives to evolve and modernize distribution channels in the region.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve sales effectiveness.
Communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in business development, strategic planning, or a related field.
Track record of driving business growth initiatives.
Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong experience in sales forecasting, analytics, and business intelligence tools.
Leadership experience overseeing direct and cross-functional teams.
Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.

Nice to Have

Insurance industry experience.

Qualifications

Experience in financial modeling, market analysis tools, and CRM software (preferred).
